Bhai Modi made me write on it. After a very micro surveillance, I concluded
that it might not inimitably implementable, not because of its
accomplishment but due to the lack of platform
in our country.
I m not
criticizing the idea of modi but the depth of this draft is not sufficient . It
looks like an uncanny halo which having a good intention but the lack of
practicality .
Does
Narendra Bhai want to serve us a “new wine in a Brocken glass”. In his whole
speech he focusing or what he is saying ,was called or announced by many
people and by many government, many time in the past (as for a miner
example bullet train –lalu had announced it many year ago in his budget speech.).
Therefore, there is nothing new in this proposal.
Whatever he
said is good but just like a new “KANGURA”(CYMBAL) on an old ,porous fort. He never mention any
idea about the overall change or strengthening of our basic infrastructure
,which is the basic for all his vision and that is not in a condition to hold
the extra pressure of bullet train ,mega cities, IIT, AIIMS….
No country
having all his best institution in every part ,just like that we having some
good institution(I m not saying it is sufficient) but in a “BIMAROO” condition.
Therefore, the
first thing need to address is –B5.

THAT FETCH THE VERY BASIC REASON OF POVERTY AFTER 65 YRS OF INDEPENDENCE

-THE establishment
of new institution or new structure need a strong platform that is not
available in our country, so if we develop any new thing it just likes a burden
and might probably the new one also get the status of “bimaroo”.
Therefore,
before developing new,modi should have to strengthen the power generation that
give us manufacturing independency hence our economy turns to an export
oriented from an import-oriented economy.
Boosting the
“SEZ” AND “AEZ”,FTWZ.
Strengthening
of basic health(having no primary health centre forget about AIIMs)…and many
other sectors
-Focus on
“structural retrogression”, capital formation, foreign trade ,planning model
(in a economical copy –book manner),why our 5 yr planning model get fail ,why
there is a need of straw like MGNREGA implemented, where we aberration from the
trickle down effect of planning.
- focus on
the fiscal deficit due to the imbalance of payment because of poor
manufacturing capacity
-Gender budget, condition of PSU,
-Form of
planning-imperative or indicative ,centralized or decentralized, physical or
social ,socialistic or capitalistic or both.
- Freedom of
state in taxation under state-union financial relation
- On GAAR
- Agriculture
finance
-Hindrance
and corruption on public administration, bureaucracy.
-Proper
education policy not IIT that give a student employment and India a new
innovative generation.
-On
population.
These are
one the minors among our critical national problem. As a youth a want the
vision on these issue and the person who express himself look different from
others or traditional face . I hope it from a envisage.
Therefore,
if Mr. Modi focus on present system and give us a way to strengthen it then we
must prepare a strong base to implement his T5.
